Mr Rees interview by Harley Chadwick and Chantelle Morrell

Mr Rees interview

This afternoon we interviewed a member of Driffield School staff about a number of key issues.

1. How do local community issues affect your day to day life?

The quality of local health services education services and policing all impact my day to day life.

2.  What problems do you face at school?

Social media and the difficulties created by social media. Young people are under so much pressure to conform to a stereotype that they keep pressure upon themselves. Sometimes this pressure leaks into school.

3. What do you think about the new uniform change?

I am for the new school uniform changes because it will smarten up students' appearance and give them a pride in being identified by the school and bring about an improvement in the academic work.

4. What do you think we could do to improve our community?

To provide constructive activities for young people in the area in the week and on weekends.
