Madagascar Expedition Students Tackle Yorkshire Three Peaks

Students who are part of an expedition team to Madagascar in summer 2020 took up the challenge to walk the Yorkshire 3 peaks to help raise funds for their forthcoming expedition. Miss Bramley, Head of Art and Expedition Leader, said “The team were brilliant; so determined and positive. It was a huge challenge - 3 peaks totalling 2100 meters and 28.5 miles, yet they remained cheery and buoyant throughout. Well done all, and thank you to the parents who supported us throughout the day, we couldn't have done it without you”. One supportive parent added “Thank you to the teachers who gave up their weekend to take part and support the students. It was very much appreciated. They all did amazing and what a great team they all are! Thanks also to all the other parents who supported over the weekend - the tea, cake and conversation were very much appreciated whilst we waited for each peak to be completed and to see them all safely back”.
