Save the Children Tsunami Relief Fund

Last week Mr Hunt, Head of Johnson House, set his students the challenge of a quick fire fundraiser in aid of the Save the Children Tsunami Relief Fund, following the devastating tsunami that hit Indonesia.

With the support of the Old Star in Kilham, and in under the space of one week, Mr Hunt was delighted to report that students have raised a fantastic £320.61!!

Mr Hunt said “I think this is testament to our students and their attitude to helping others, as well as the Johnson House Tutors support in encouraging students to give generously and helping them understand why it is important. Thank you so much for all your efforts in supporting this - we'll make a big difference here”.
